The truth is that your body needs calories to survive and when it doesn’t get the calories it needs, it reacts by slowing down the metabolism. Your body doesn’t know the difference between a diet and a famine! When it doesn’t get fuel it needs it does everything it can to make what energy it has last longer. You should NOT count calories or points or carbs
You should NOT have to eliminate entire categories of food
You should NOT be hungry
And here’s what you should do:

You SHOULD regain control over your body and your life
